The whole policy, in plain English. We store your email address, two checkbox values, and a couple of timestamps – that is the entire database. No names, no IP addresses, no tracking of any kind. Your row lives in our own database on our own server, not on a marketing platform – the same reason our machines keep your data on your desk. Emails are delivered by Resend from EU servers in Ireland; they handle your address in transit and nothing more. Our emails contain no tracking pixels and no click tracking – we cannot tell whether you opened them, and we prefer it that way. The link in the footer of every email shows you everything we hold and lets you change or stop it, one click, no login. Unsubscribing keeps one flagged row so we can never email you by mistake.
